What's Included?

For Grazing Tables: All food & any additions (including props, foliage, equipment) as agreed during booking, design, set up & styling.

For Grazing Boxes: All food delivered beautifully styled in a eco friendly, recyclable box

Please note we have a selection of extra props for hire that can add height and interest to larger displays, such as crates, baskets, boards and slates. Prices available on request. All props should be returned to GrazeMe within 2 working days (GU17)

 

How Much Do I Order?

For the tables: We have designed our grazing tables as a substitute for a traditional buffet or a light meal. Generally you should expect approximately 1 metre of delicious food per 20-30 guests for a grazing table. If you just want nibbles then we recommend ordering for less guests, say 25% less than you are expecting, if you want more of a meal then order for 25% more.

Appealing to the senses is key. Our grazes are designed to have a varied selection of what we believe works best from our experience – and also from a taste and visual perspective. However we can create bespoke tables on request.

We can tailor any grazing table or grazing platter to cater for most dietary requirements (vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free) if you inform us at the time of booking, please note there will be increased pricing for vegan & gluten-free substitutes.

Need something specific? No problem, we can work with you to create a bespoke table if you have a specific idea or theme in mind. Please note we do not offer a hot food service or seafood as these do not work with the concept of grazing. Let us know.

 

What Size Box Do I Order?

Generally speaking the Small box will cater for 2 people, the Medium for 4 and the large for 6. 

Need something specific? No problem, we can work with you to create a bespoke selection if you have a specific idea or theme in mind. Please note we do not offer a hot food service or seafood as these do not work with the concept of grazing. Let us know.

 

Do You Cater for Dietary Requirements of Food Allergies?

All of our Grazing Tables and Grazing Boxes can be adapted to cater for vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free requirements. If you have guests with a mixture of requirements, we can accommodate those into the Grazing Table by storing and displaying meat, cheeses or gluten foods separately from the main graze. Unfortunately smaller Grazing Boxes would need to be all gluten-free/Vegan/vegetarian to avoid cross-contamination.

Please note that there will be a 10% surcharge to cover the additional cost of sourcing dietary alternative foods

 

How Far Do You Deliver?

We are based in Camberley, Surrey (UK) & travel in a 15 mile radius of GU17. However, please let us know if you are based further afield, as we may be able to come to an arrangement.

Delivery is charged at 45p per mile.

 

What Happens On The Day?

We will arrive on the day with the food refrigerated & pre-prepared so there is no need for kitchen access.

We set the Grazing Table up on site in the mutually-agreed location, this can take up to 1-3 hours depending on the requirements. We will agree timings during the booking process. Note that we will need parking access during setup. Once all is finished we clear away our kit and leave you and your guests to enjoy the food, ideally about 30 minutes before your guests arrive.

For our pre-made Grazing Boxes (delivered in a disposable box), we will deliver at the agreed time and place. Please let us know any access arrangements prior to delivery.

 

How Does The Food Stay Fresh?

During transportation, the food is always kept at a safe cool temperature using using portable cooling equipment. All our food is laid out on food-safe paper to create a barrier with the table surface. You must provide a table or surface that is in a cool, shaded area well away from fires, radiators or direct sunlight. The food can be out for a maximum of 4 hours (in accordance with food hygiene and safety) and after this time the food must be disposed of.

 

Do You Stay To Serve The Food And Clear Away?

Once we have finished creating your Grazing Table we clear away and leave you and your guests to enjoy the food. The very nature of a Grazing Table is that you do not need to be served & food is plentiful. Therefore, please note that we do not provide waiting staff for any booking.

Clearing the food away after your event is your responsibility, as we do not normally return. However, if this is something you would like, then we can arrange a return visit to clear away. making your event as stress free as possible. Please note this will incur an additional charge.

 

Are You Insured And Registered With The Food Standards Agency?

We are a government-registered food business, and have Food Hygiene Level 2 certification.  We are also fully insured.

 

What Are Your Payment Terms?

During the checkout process you will asked to provide your card details through the Shopify secure payment gateway. No card details are stored by GrazeMe and all card details taken by the payment gateway are PCI compliant and the data is tokenized. No one but you will have access to any of your card details

For Grazing Tables, we ask 50% deposit to secure your booking. We do not hold dates until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% is payable 7 days before delivery. Cancellation within 14 days of delivery will mean loss of your deposit.

For Grazing Boxes, we ask 100% payment to secure your booking. We do not hold dates until payment is made. Cancellation within 3 days of delivery will incur 50% charge.
